Hi, I’m Carron Knill, AKA The Herder.

My career has spanned four continents and 20+ years across the creative industry and beyond.

From an early age, I have always had a passion for all things creative. This love for creativity led me to pursue a career as a graphic artist, where I honed my skills in design, visual communication, and brand identity. Over time, my career progressed, and I found myself in the position of Senior Account / Project Director for small- and large-scale creative agencies.

With over 20 years of experience in the creative industry, I have had the privilege of working on a wide range of projects, from branding and advertising campaigns to website design and development, to presentations and event planning. This breadth of experience has given me a unique perspective, allowing me to view projects from both the creative and management viewpoints. As a result, I have a deep understanding of how to effectively approach a project within the confines of time, budget, and creative brief.

In addition to my extensive experience in the creative industry, I have also honed my project management skills across various industries and project types. This experience has allowed me to develop a versatile and adaptable approach to project management, enabling me to effectively lead teams and bring projects to successful completion in a variety of contexts. I have a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
